This paper deals with the Roman Catholic Charitable Institutions’ history of and activity in principal centers of Siberian provinces at the turn of the XIX–XX centuries. The author considers the structure of the catholic charitable institutions and the main directions of its activity. The role of roman catholic charitable institutions in development of the culture of Western Siberia polish diaspore is explored. The conclusion about the Roman Catholic Charitable Institutions’ decisive role at the consolidation of polish diasporas in the biggest Siberia cities is became.
