In this article on the case of aluminum alloy AMg10 it is described the production of ultra-fine grained microstructure by accumulative roll-bonding, which consists in rolling the pack of two sheets to 50%. Then, the rolled material is sectioned into two halves, stacked again and the procedure of rolling is repeated again.
