Obtaining and character of monoclonal antibodies specified to structural proteins of pigs transmissible gastroenteritis virus

The authors developed the methodic for obtaining of hybrid cells secreting the monoclonal antibodies specific to polypeptides of pigs transmissible gastroenteritis virus. The character of obtained monoclonal antibodies on the activity in immunologic reactions and polypeptide specificity was presented. It was shown, that these antibodies are useful for creation of monoclonal immunoreagents and development on its basis the tools and methods of differential diagnostics of porcine transmissible gastroenteritis virus and pigs respiratory coronavirus.
