Reception the extract of onions bear (ramson) (Allium ursinum L.) and studying of its antioxidant activity

The technology of reception the liquid extract from fresh gathered raw materials of onions bear (ramson) in 2011 in North Caucasus has been developed. Quality estimation of the received extract spent on appearance, maintenance of dry rest, concentration of spirit and quantity of major active compounds. Antioxidant activity of investigated extract of ramson defined on concentration decrease of malondialdehyde. The received results allow to recommend the extract of onions bear (ramson) as treatment-and-prophylactic means with antioxidant action in complex therapy of atherosclerosis, cardiovascular diseases and cancinogenesis.
