The method for producing immunoglobulins to the anthrax pathogen has been developed. Capsule and protective antigens were used as an antigen to obtain rabbit hyperimmune serum. Immunization of rabbits was performed by five times introduction of antigens along the spinal column, intradermally. The proposed method of rabbits hyperimmunization ensured high activity and specificity of immunoglobulins to the anthrax pathogen.
