Water extraction from plants (infusions and broths) contain a water-soluble complex of biologically active substances (BAS), are made without use of ethanol and can be used as a part of syrups, drinks, juice and the yogurts enriched BAS of plants, and also lotions, shampoos, tooth-pastes, conditioners for hair, creams, bath preparations, impregnations for damp napkins. It is especially important to keep thus both BAS concentration and chemical and microbiological stability of water extraction which are exposed eventually to microbiological damage, chemical destruction and to oxidation. It is established that optimum conditions of extraction reception, stable within 2 years, are: extractioning the raw materials by boiling water cleared, microbiological stabilization by addition of nipagin in concentration of 0,15%, chemical stabilization by addition of sodium metabisulphite (0,5%) and trilon (0,5%).
