The authors have determined a functional activity of conservative K2.10 promoter control the gene of intermediate filaments of keratin of hair (II type) in sheep. For that the authors made the microinjections to pronucleus of mice zygote of genetic material with the gene of Aequorea victoria protein fluorescence-bright in green spectral region under the control of sheep's K2.10 promoter 730 bp in length. The expression of reporter protein in fleece and differentiate cells of cortical substance of hair stem in six transgenic mices was investigated. The inheritance of transgene in mice F1 and F2 was estimated. It was shown, thatthe nucleotide sequences of K2.10 promoter may use in experiments on directed gene expression in sheeps and other animals.
