Upon the request of the Czechoslovak families, Czechoslovak Ministry of Foreign Affairs told a RSFSR Trade mission in Prague that more than 400 families were ready to accept starving children of the Volga region. This request was granted and later from Simbirsk there was sent a train set of such children.
