The concept of anti-corruption control: theoretical and legal analysis

The paper considers some features of the theoretical and legal understanding of the concept of anti-corruption control. It is emphasized that in the scientific literature there are a large number of works aimed at studying the processes of corruption control. In the author's opinion, all such surveys are limited to the study of homogeneous groups of social relations, which excludes the establishment of the complex content of the analyzed concept. It is reported that the implementation of the mechanism to counteract corrupt practices is feasible only through control efforts to identify and eliminate the negative acts in question. Analysis of the scientific literature indicates the lack of substantive development of the concept of anti-corruption control, which leads to problems in establishing its nature and meaning. The paper attempts to define the term “anti-corruption control”. Based on the presented definition, the author determines its goals and objectives.
