The paper deals with the issues of cooperation of law enforcement agencies and executive power agencies supervising application of labour protection law and administration of enterprises, institutions and organizations in criminal investigation referring to labour protection law violations. The term, aims, principles, the legal basis and forms of interaction are under consideration.
