Concept of precious metals and precious stones

The necessary criteria that the found metals and stones must meet, characterized by physical and optical constants identified by them, for the purpose of recognizing such as precious, are defined in a number of legal acts of the sub-legal nature of the Soviet and modern periods of our state. The indicators established in the relevant standards for precious metals and stones are of a special scientific nature and can only be verified during laboratory studies at such a stage as testing and certification for precious metals and certification for precious stones.
