Concept, forms and types of social services of citizens

Resume: Today, Russia has already accumulated a significant number of normative legal acts that constitute the legal provision of social services for citizens. However, such provision is often imperfect and needs to be improved, or other measures are needed to improve regulation in the field of relevant legal relations. Therefore, the purpose of the analytical work was to study the forms and types of social services for citizens, to identify the specifics of the legal regulation of public relations in this area, as well as to analyze the problems of relevant law enforcement practice, formulate theoretical conclusions and scientifically based proposals for improving legislation in the relevant area. In addition to general scientific methods, a specially legal method for analyzing judicial practice was applied in the work. As a result, conclusions were obtained that testify to the existence of problems in the legal provision of social services for citizens. For each identified problem, practical recommendations were developed to improve legislation or law enforcement practice.
