In Russia and the countries of the world, in conditions of limited resources, the cooperation of economic entities is in demand for the implementation of socially significant projects. A whole layer of such projects are infrastructure solutions that require attention to the preservation and improvement of the natural environment. Neither business, nor the state and municipalities are individually able to effectively ensure an improvement in the quality of life by improving the environmental situation. Therefore, the partnership of these entities is necessary. The study contains theses about public-private partnerships supported in different countries to raise funds and provide socially significant services.
