The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that the success of any work activity is determined by its effectiveness, and it, in turn, is always expressed by labor productivity. The article considers the factors of labor productivity, formulated the conditions for increasing labor productivity. Labor productivity is determined by a combination of many factors, the analysis of which is carried out from a qualitative and quantitative perspective by many methods. Statistical data from Rosstat for 2022 were used for the study.
