At this time on the both legislative and doctrinal levels there is no unique specific definition medical relations, as well as there is no comprehensive scientific study of given phenomenon. However, the present issue is a relevant in contemporary social-legal and social-economic conditions, it is a matter of the greatest interest each year, naturally. The paper analyzes existing approaches to the definition medical relations and the authors conception of this category has been proposed; the classification of medical relations on the basis of performing function, the field of occurrence, the nature of obligations, patients will, the goal of legal relations as well as on areas of law has been presented.
