Concept and classification of void transactions

The article discusses the concept of an invalid transaction and its classification. The authors conclude that an invalid transaction is a transaction that does not entail the legal consequences desired by the parties. Such a transaction still remains a legal fact, a transaction, albeit with defects. The main criterion for distinguishing invalid transactions is their division into void and disputed, that is, according to the criterion of the procedure for recognizing them in this status. There is no material legal basis for the separation of transactions in this qualification, the very fact of separation is based solely on the positive will of the state.
