The concept and criteria for the classification of forms of complicity

The article is devoted to the concept and criteria of forms of complicity in a crime in Russian criminal law and legislation. Various points of view are considered, not only by modern scientists, but also by Soviet ones. Both in the study of the concept and in the allocation of classification criteria, attention is focused on the need to distinguish between the type and form of complicity. Based on the results of the study, the author's vision of the concept and criteria for classifying forms of complicity is given.
