Concept and object of the crime, which constitute the illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors or analogs

Purpose: Research of essence and maintenance of a concept of illicit trafficking in narcotic means, psychotropic substances, their precursors or analogs, including in international legal, criminal and legal and scientific sense. Identification of a direct object of above-stated groups of crimes. Methodology: Formal-logical, system-structural, comparative-legal and other methods. Results: The article deals with different approaches to the legal content of the concept of drug trafficking. The author analyzes the object of the crime, the subject of which are narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors or analogs. The conclusion about the need to separate the concept of crimes constituting trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues or precursors, as well as the concept of crimes related to illegal circulation of drugs. Novelty/originality/value: The article has scientific value and novelty. The article is devoted to topical issues related to counteracting illicit drug trafficking.
