Modern society is increasingly faced with alarming manifestations of deviant behavior among young people. The analysis of social processes demonstrates that waves of criminalization invariably accompany epochs of social transformation and economic instability. Especially acute is the issue of growing child neglect, which is a breeding ground for the formation of deviant patterns. Juvenile delinquency, characterized by a steady tendency to chronicle offenses, is a particular danger. This phenomenon requires close attention, as its consequences create long-term risks (for public health and safety).
