Concept and main characteristics of motivation in the management of the organization

The article deals with a special model of motivation with a brief description of its stages, which are implemented in personnel management. The specifics of motivation as a function of personnel management are indicated, with distinctive features in relation to other management functions. The author comes to the conclusion that motivation is a complex sequence of management actions, which requires special information gathering and labor collective. Motivation creates conditions for the development of workers, increasing labor productivity and, as a consequence, increasing the profit and efficiency of the enterprise.
