The notion and main directions of it development in lawmaking process

This article discusses the integration and development of modern information technology in the law-making process. The characteristic of certain information technology systems in the law-making process at the present stage of development of public authorities in the Russian Federation. Analyzes the Specialized Information System «Parliamentary Portal» on the Internet, providing simultaneous access to information resources of the Federal Assembly and regional parliaments. The interaction of deputies of all levels with experts and other deputies to develop legislative initiatives, the organization sovmestnoy̆ project work documents, software obratnoy̆ communication and evaluation of legislative initiatives through their public discussion.
