The concept and bases of the corporate relations development in Russia

The article investigates the concept and bases of the corporate relations development in modern Russian economy. Various treatments of the concept, signs and applied models of standard and legal regulation of the corporate relations, nature of specialization of corporate formations in Russia are considered. The author reveales the unresolved problems of formation and development of corporations in Russia, and principles of organization of productions in the integrated corporate education.
