Concept and features of public-legal regulation of entrepreneurship activity of citizens

According to Russian scientists and practitioners, such a concept as “entrepreneurial activity” can and should be viewed from different points of view. For the purposes of the present study, it seems necessary, in our opinion, to focus primarily on the economic and legal, in particular public law, aspects of this phenomenon.
