Concept and features of startup

The article considers the problem of identification a startup, especially relevant recently. The main features and properties of the startup are singled out. From a number of well-known definitions given by experienced practitioners in this industry, a general definition of a start-up was formulated that would most effectively reflect the whole essence of this form of entrepreneurial activity. It was concluded that such a startup, at what stage should be the innovative company to be considered a startup, as well as the main differences between startups and small businesses.
