Regulation of contractual procurement relations for the needs of internal affairs bodies

Introduction. The article discusses the concept and legal nature of procurement legal relations for the needs of internal affairs bodies, organizations, and divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, which are created in order to perform tasks and exercise the powers assigned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The purpose of the work is to study the concept of a state contract as a special contractual structure in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The author has studied the classification of organizational-legal and contractual procurement relations for the needs of internal affairs bodies; their specificity is revealed.
