The concept and nature of civil legal liability of persons members of the bodies of a legal entity

This article discusses approaches to understanding corporate responsibility for persons who are members of the bodies of legal entities. Analyzing various points of view of Russian scientists, the author concludes about the essence of corporate responsibility, its features. This article also examines the main approaches to understanding civil liability and examines the application of civil liability to persons who are part of the bodies of a legal entity.
