As is known, to solve many problems in the life of society is necessary to the proper legal regulation, which must be preceded by a profound theoretical understanding of the issues involved. This article discusses the concept of food security, and formulated a list of features of this concept for further optimization of the practice of application of the legislation, and for further analysis of this perspective
