Concept and features of tactical operation

In this study, the author analyzes various approaches to the concept of tactical operation proposed by forensic scientists both in terms of the volume of actions and activities involved and in terms of their nature. Some scientists look at tactical operations from the point of view of the organization of the investigation, others from the point of view of cognition, and others from the position of systemic nature. Based on the available e mpirical material, the author identified previously unexplored and unexamined features of tactical operation, for example, the inclusion of a procedural decision in the operation. Based on various available definitions and empirical data used, the main features of a tactical operation are identified. They are systemic nature, existence of purpose, plannedness, leading role of an investigator or other authorized person, the presence of an algorithm. The author's definition of the concept of tactical operation is formulated with consideration of these features.
