The concept and content of operational investigative prevention of illegal consumption and trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and their precursors in educational organizations

To define the concept and content (directions and forms) of operational investigativeprevention of illegal consumption and trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances andtheir precursors.Methods. In the work, the author used methods of system analysis and synthesis, which made itpossible to determine the key concepts used in the work. The statistical method helped to determinethe relevance of the topic under consideration. The conclusions were obtained using the analysis ofdocuments and the method of expert evaluation.Results. Based on the study of regulatory legal acts and the positions of scientists, it has beenestablished that in the theory of operational-search activity, operational-search prevention is identifiedwith operational-search prevention. It is established that the operational units of the internal affairsbodies act as special subjects for the prevention of crimes related to illicit drug trafficking in educationalorganizations.Scientific novelty. It consists in the fact that the author has attempted to determine the main directionsand forms of operational and preventive activities of operational employees of internal affairs bodies,which, taking into account the peculiarities of the behavior of minors and the functioning of educationalorganizations. The concept of operational investigative prevention of illegal consumption and traffickingof narcotic drugs in educational organizations is formulated.
