Concept and content of counteracting crimes in the field of official activity in executive authorities and bodies administering subdivisions which carry out operative-detective activity (on materials of MIA of Ukraine)

The problems concerning concept and content of counteracting crimes in the field of official activity by operative subdivisions of OIA of Ukraine are considered in the article. Regarded as a means of making the grounded proposals on the improvement of legislation of Ukraine and practical activity of operative subdivisions of OIA, problem of creation and development of effective mechanisms of counteracting the indicated crimes is researched.
