The notion and content of subinstitute of compensation for moral injury occurred in consequence of the committed terrorist act

The author covers the institute of compensation for moral injury as one of the main ways to protect the non-property human rights, and in particular when the injury was caused because of the terrorist act. According to the author, it is necessary to put to the linguistic expert examination the terms that are used within this institute, and to give the legal definitions to each of them that do not admit the free interpretation of its content.
