The concept and structure of budgetary legal relations

The article discusses the concept and structure of the budget legal relationship. In the course of the study, it was noted that the budget legal relationship is a kind of legal relationship. General and special signs characterizing budgetary legal relations are revealed. The structure of the budget legal relationship, consisting of the objects of the legal relationship, has been studied; subjects of legal relations, legal content, which includes a subjective right and a legal obligation.
