The article presents the theoretical concept and essence of the analysis of the formation and use of the organization's profit. The relevance of this work is that the financial and economic indicators of the company are characterized by the size of profit and the level of profitability. The larger the profit and the higher the level of profitability, the more efficiently the company operates, the more stable its financial condition. According to the tax code of the Russian Federation, profit is the income received, reduced by the amount of expenses, which are determined in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Tax code of the Russian Federation "corporate income tax".
