The article analyzes the current problems associated with the definition of the concept of a supply contract. The analysis of the subject and the term of the supply contract, taking into account the established law enforcement practice. Arbitration cases are used as examples, conclusions are drawn, suggestions are made to change the concept of a supply contract.
