Concept and essence of public-private partnership

In the course of the study, analyzing in detail such an infrastructure tool as public-private partnership. The theoretical aspects of the concept of public-private partnership were considered: models, mechanisms, forms of interaction between the state and the private sector. The article describes the essence of the concept of public-private partnership, the analysis of possible participants in PPP projects by private and public partners.
