Concept and meaning of separatism

The authors define separatism as an activity aimed at the disruption of the state integrity by secession of a part from it. This activities can manifest itself both in violent actions and influence by information and psychological, or liberal arts technologies means. The separatism can exist in obvious (explicit) or undetected (latent) form.
