The role of the concept of “Intersubjectivity” is considered in application to the making and development of Evergetics - the science of management processes in the society based on the principles of postnonclassical scientific rationality. In Evergetics, the theory is constructed by communicating heterogeneous actors situated inside of an object-situation in the society, and it focuses on the acquisition of conventional inter-subjective knowledge being the result of the agreements of actors who perform not only informative, but also activity-related functions for transformation of the society. In contrast to the value-invariant classical science, the Evergetics is a value-oriented science of management processes in the society, so as far as heterogeneous actors, with their subjective perceptions of values, strive to achieve mutual understanding and consensus. The developed theory of intersubjective management is the "integration platform" represented in the support system of communicative actions with the use of ontologies, on the basis of which the actors are developed and make decisions on a settlement of a problem situation.
