The concept of "economic security" as a legal category

The article is devoted to the consideration of the concept of “economic security” as a legal category. Various definitions used in the legal literature for this term are analyzed. The signs of the concept being analyzed and the criteria for its constructive composition are singled out. The author proposes his own understanding of economic security as a legal category.
