The concept of legal services

The article is devoted to the study of the concept of legal services and the emergence of historical development and comparative analysis to the concept of “service” with the change of society and social relations themselves. The analysis of the concept “service” given more than ten various authors allows to draw a conclusion that legal services became public, can be private and appear to citizens in any area of the legislation, and also now there was no consensus between scientists by definition of the concept “service”.
