The conception of legal responsibility in medical relations

This publication is devoted to the issue of legal responsibility in medical relations, which is of immediate interest until the present time, because it is directly connected with human life and health, exposed to the threat when properly used of measures for the protection of health. This article is discussed the conception of legal responsibility; it is analyzed existing scientific approaches to the definition of this category. Based on the analysis, the author comes to the conclusion that legal responsibility should be understood as a complex of measures of public enforcement. The author also provides a number of distinctive features of legal responsibility in medical relations and he has presented the definition of this category, in view of them.
