The concept of commercial representation in modern Russian civil law

The article discusses approaches to the definition of «commercial representation», establishes the legal nature of this institution of civil law. As a result of the study, it was found that among all the existing positions on the legal nature of commercial representation, the opinion that the representation is understood as a legal relationship looks the most correct.
