The article is devoted to the disclosure of the concept of real estate. The importance of the division of things into movable and immovable determined by significant differences that exist in their legal regime is emphasized. It is noted that all types of real estate can be the object of civil law, belong to the subjects of law, to meet their legitimate needs.
