The concept of real estate in Russian civil law

In the article, the author pays close attention to issues related to the definition of the concepts of "real estate". It is noted that at the moment there are a considerable number of approaches to the definition of these categories developed by leading researchers, as well as an analysis of Russian civil legislation on the subject under consideration.
