The concept of onboarding and its application in the adaptation of young professionals

The article discusses the issue of relevance of adaptation in teams as a tool to improve the efficiency of organizations in the future. A study of the essence of the concept of "onboarding" was conducted and its author's definition was formulated. The list of tools of the concept of "onboarding" is considered and classified. In order to select the most suitable means for technical specialists from this list, a questionnaire was drawn up and a survey of third-year students of the IrGUPS was conducted. The results showed that technical students prefer to use passive onboarding tools, which suggests the possibility of using information technology when adapting young employees in a team.
