The concept, features and functions of a family law (marriage) contract

The marriage contract is the oldest institution of family law, which existed in ancient Rome under the name «labulae nuptials». To date, it is quite actively used by spouses in the process of marriage, and despite this fact, researchers have noted various problems in the field of its application. In this article, the institution of the marriage contract was analyzed and ways to solve the identified problems were proposed.
