The concept of the right of ownership and its mechanism of civil protection

On fair remark of O. A. Khatuntsev «the right of ownership is for the society as a whole and for each participant of civil turnover separately the basic and most significant material right» [1]. Indeed, the institution of ownership regulates the grounds for the emergence, change and termination of ownership rights, the content of ownership rights, the legal regime of property rights, etc. However, the foundations of the right of ownership, as well as the foundations of the mechanism of civil protection of this right are not currently devoid of shortcomings caused by the imperfection of the current civil legislation. This fact determines the relevance of the study of property rights and the mechanism of its civil and legal protection. The article analyzes the concept of ownership as an object of civil protection.
