The notion of crime, concerning immigrants

The article deals with the concept of crime associated with immigrants, basing on the identification of its main characteristics and the difference between transnational crime, migration crime and ethnical crime. The authors define the crime associated with immigrants as a system of crime, formed by a set of the criminal acts committed during a certain period of time and in respect of immigrants in their destination country, characterized by quantitative and qualitative indicators and criminological characteristics.
