The concept, nature and meaning of imperative democracy

The article deals with the concept, legal nature and significance of peremptory democracy. It analyses the points of view of researchers-statesmen, reveals the classification of different forms of peremptory democracy and the correlation of deliberative and peremptory democracies. Clarifying amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation are proposed for a clear distinction of these forms of democracy, as well as for highlighting the importance of peremptory democracy.
