The concept of probation supervision in criminal proceedings of the Kyrgyz Republic

This article explores the concept of probation supervision as an institution not associated with imprisonment. Probation supervision is an intersectoral social and legal institution, which establishes requirements, the presence of which can be applied. Probation supervision in the Kyrgyz Republic is assigned for the commission of punishment for a less serious and serious crime in accordance with the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. In this case, the identity of the accused and the person’s consent to the use of probation supervision are taken into account. The concept of probation supervision as an independent institution in criminal proceedings of the Kyrgyz Republic is given.
