The “self” concept in the philosophy of J.-P. Sartre

The article focuses on the basic concept of Sartre’s existential philosophy - “Self”. Self isn’t substantial human essence, it is the result of his free choice. Human has not his “Self”, he chooses it. The “Self” exists in public space, which demands a responsibility for made choice.
